Run the game as Administrator for one time only so that the game installs Physx and DirectX because sometimes an error occurs and they don't get installed during setup. Don't install them manually. Run the game as Administrator to allow the game to install them at the first run. After that, run the game normally, no need to admionistrator rights anymore.

Within that file you will find something like:

Change it to:
0 0 640 480 0 0 0 0
When you file the code given to change the size to play with 640x480 runs.

Right click on Mafia 2.exe and go to its properties. Click on the compatibility tab and check âdisable desktop compositionâ, save the changes.

Make sure that you copied the crackfix files to PC subdirectory, i.e. <game directory>/pc folder, not to the game main directory.
